Canada’s low fatality rate takes a hit with its second death in three years
May 9, 2013 - A 25-year-old Ottawa, Can. tower tech died Sunday after falling 193 feet from a cell tower on the south side of Red Deer in Alberta while installing antennas on a Rogers Communications-owned structure.
