July 11, 2013 - Neither glass nor cloud ceilings prevented Pat Cipov from excelling in the tower construction and maintenance industry, and today she’s at another highpoint of achievement as she takes over the reins of the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) as its first chairwoman in the association’s 18-year history.
